- these are stills from the film I am making to project through this box that is fully lined with mirrors inside
- the projector is to be in front of the piece so the viewer’s eyes are looking the same way as the projection
- I initially had this piece on a tall plinth so that it was at eye level – the plinth didn’t let the work be independent so I found an old trolly at home that has a subtle domestic feel to it.
- The film can be seen by looking through the box and reflected on the mirrors and past the box on the curtain – I think the distortion of the image works as there will be sound playing – part of the veil of confession is added by distorting the face who talks
