Time & place are eternal in fairytales – solutions and happy endings are only reached through suffering

I’m struggling with how to define or keep some boundary around my thinking
- perhaps simplify it to thinking about dual roles, 2 levels, life/death, under/over
- like fairytales
- 1st level – immediate and spontaneous – conscious ego – functional – can relate to hero
- 2nd level – appeals to unconscious through symbols – relate symbols to own inner conflicts
