The group of us who applied for the Transitions exhibition at Newlyn Gallery are still working as a group to try to obtain some space to work together.
We met today as I had approached Pop Up Penzance – an organisation who rent out empty premises in Penzance, for the possibility of our Transition Group renting a space. We all agreed we would like to work with the emphasis being on having a working space to collaborate within for a period of time culminating in an exhibition. We are looking at funding options and agreed on a timescale of 24th April – 6th May as this would be after our assessment hand ins and no structured teaching time.
