Newspaper clipping, stitching, canvas and muslin
This piece took me a very long time. It was quite a frustrating process and I think that that was the point. The press was filled with this image yet it dissapeared from people quite quickly. I wanted to keep looking at the image so that I didn’t forget, so that I remembered what this image stood for and the loss and tragedy that is so prevalent at this time
